WAIVER

In agreeing to participate in any classes at Lume Pilates studio, I acknowledge and accept that my participation is completely at my own risk. As a participant, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge all instructors from any and all responsibilities or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the above-mentioned activities.

I understand that there are inherent risks in all aspects of physical exercise and I acknowledge that I have been informed of the possible strenuous nature of training. I agree that prior to my participation I will inform Lume Pilates of any known medical conditions or factors that may place me at risk. Lume Pilates may request a medical release from my medical practitioner prior to participation. I will inform Lume Pilates of any symptoms before, during and after participation in a Lume Pilates class.

I understand and am aware that exercise is a potentially hazardous activity. I also understand that the workouts are a recreational sports activity and may involve risk of injury and even death, and I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using all equipment and machineries in Lume Pilates with knowledge of the dangers involved. I expressly assume and accept all risks.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: We recommend you consult with a physician before starting this or any exercise program. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the course of the program, stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention. Prenatal and postnatal clients must consult with their physician and have received verbal clearance to perform physical exercise.

本人明白及自願承擔因參加活動或課堂、使用場地、器材或設施而可能引致的損傷或疾病的風險。如本人因參加活動、使用場地、器材或設施而導致個人之身體或精神損傷、經濟損失或其他傷害，本人明確接受及同意Lume Pilates將毋須對此承擔任何責任。

本人同意免除Lume Pilates及其代理人、服務人員和僱員的責任，不會因本人參加活動或課堂、使用場地、器材或設施而可能蒙受的損傷、疾病、死亡、遺失或傷害向該機構和人士進行任何索償。

適當地使用普拉提器械可以安全有效地促進許多普拉提練習。但是使用時必須小心謹慎，因為在使用任何健身器材時都存在一些固有的危險，尤其是在涉及彈簧阻力時。因此，普拉提設備只能在導師的監督下使用。

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed classes may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to start time. A pass will be deducted if students are late by more than 10 minutes, and students are not allowed to attend the class. All paid products are non-refundable. Please give us early notice on Whatsapp if you have to cancel or reschedule a class. All fees paid will be forfeited and no refunds will be made for no-show/ cancellation done less than 24 hours before class.

Occasionally, teachers may be substituted at short notice; in such cases, the cancellation policy still applies.

If the class cancels, it will be notified by WhatsApp message 12 hours before starting the class. (Minimum of 2 people in a group class)

取消課堂

取消或更改課堂必須於開課前至少24小時前於Whatsapp線上預約系統完成。如學生於規定時間內未能出席課堂而無相關身體不適證明(由香港註冊醫生所簽發之上課當天或翌日的醫生紙)，系統會視之為Absent並扣除通行證。如果學生於課堂開始後10分鐘未能到達，將不能進入課室上課，系統亦會扣除通行證。
於緊急情況下，課堂導師或會更改而不作另行通知；取消政策仍然生效於此情況。
若未能成班，將於開始前12小時由WhatsApp（小組課堂最少2人成班）

Purchase Policy

Class start dates are calculated from the day of purchase. After a successful purchase, please complete the class within the time limit. After the deadline, the remaining classes will be automatically canceled. Packages will not be transferable under any circumstances.

I also acknowledge that I am aware that to ensure that Lume Pilates is able to provide me with the best possible service, all studios have been fitted with CCTV cameras and audio that are operated on an ongoing basis. These cameras and audio are used strictly for security, protection and training purposes only. Access to this footage is restricted and can only be viewed by authorised personnel.

I have read and fully understood the liability waiver and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
